Bella Rivera

Bella graduated from Franciscan University in 2018 with a double major in theology and catechetics. After graduation she served for 3 years as a missionary religion teacher and campus minister with SOLT (Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity) in Belize, Central America. Bella spent an additional year in Belize as a full time religion teacher at one of the mission schools she had volunteered at.

Bella returned to Steubenville in the summer of 2022 and began working in the office at MSW that August. As a child in Gaming, Austria Bella had the opportunity to be formed through catechesis of the Good Shepherd and she has many wonderful memories of the ways in which CGS brought her deeper into the life of the church and helped her contemplate the mysteries of God. Through her experience with CGS, Bella has seen the value and beauty of a Montessori approach to catechesis. Bella has enjoyed attending the Parent Education Nights and participating in a Fundamentals of Montessori online training program to learn more about the Montessori approach to education.
